Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 492986.

The whole length of Rectory lane has mud on the road from an early verge fixed by Lincolnshire highways had cones to protect the area someone took the cones away so they good drive on the muddy verge and took it all away on his vehicle the mud all down on the road as it's the whole length of the road it's all the residents house as the mud is all the way down .It happened Friday afternoon saw it Saturday morning when I went for the papers took photos
