Pipe under kettlethorpe lane, near T junction with Broom Hills, kettlethopre

Reported via mobile in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 12:55, Sunday 11 February 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 493137.

There is a pipe that runs under kettlethorpe lane in Kettlethorpe which is a public road. This pipe seems to be blocked. Please could you arrange to have it cleaned out. If it is not considered the responsibility of the Lincolnshire county council, West Lindsey District Council or the Highways department please could you advise how anyone else could own this pipe as Kettlethorpe Lane is a public road and would assume any drainage under it is public.

Thank you
