Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 493108.

Blocked drain in road causing flooding on road. this has been reported on numerous occasions, there is no point in sending the tanker to pump it out as you normally do. because next time it rains it does exactly the same. It is now coming back out of the drain hours after it has stopped raining causing the water to create large puddles, in front of five bungalows. You can physically see the water running down the road away from the drain.
