Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 493158.

Traffic signal for vehicles coming from Spalding Road changes to green too quickly meaning it is possible to get stranded in the middle when exiting Park Road especially if 2 or more cars are trying to turn right towards Spalding. Trying to reverse back down Park Road to safety is far from ideal.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • To clarify, this occurs when traffic is continually crossing the junction from Church St to Boston Rd. thus preventing vehicles from Park Road turning right.
