  • Thank you for reporting this matter to us. In this instance, as no internal flooding has occurred, a Section 19 investigation would not be undertaken by Lincolnshire County Council at this time. However, you may wish to contact Black Sluice IDB, as they may be able to assist you with your enquiry/issue if you believe there to be an issue with a local land drainage system which is causing this standing water to occur within the external area of your property. They may be able to enforce against relevant land owners on your behalf.
