Wash road culverts between Puttock gate and pullover lane

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 493313.

Recent tractor activity has put mud not road which has blocked the drains into the culverts and also blocked the culverts. Water is running off the fields and flooding the road in several places
