Avondale Street, middle of the road outside no. 21

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 493342.

Road has been blocked for majority of the day with a concrete truck. No residents can get cars in or out. No emergency vehicle access. No access for disabled residents. Concrete spilled across entire road, blocking gutters and drainage. Road was only swept last week - it is now in a very bad state. No efforts to clear the mess appear to be being made.
