New Construction Site

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 493538.

There appears to be no wheel washing facilities on site for the new housing estate construction site and the highway is covered in mud. There may be a road sweeper but all this will do is spread the mud further around. As an ex Highway Inspector for a local authority I would insist that a banksman/gatekeeper is employed to jet wash the wheels of all vehicles leaving site.
