Water is not cleari g and is halfway across road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 493770.

On at least 2 separate occasions the water has been halfway across the road.

It is not possible to turn into the car park for the village hall without going through a deep puddle that extends onto the path and car park of the village hall.
