Red Leas, Main Road, Great Carlton, LN11 8JU

Reported via desktop in the Flowing water, life or property at risk category by Mr Leslie Gravenor at 15:14, Monday 19 February 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 494680.

This problem has existed since last year and is becoming progressively worse whenever it rains. The drainage culvert under the grass verge outside my property is blocked and when it rains the road drain fills up, at this stage the water backs up out of the drain and runs down the road to the next road drain where it can then get away, at the same time the manhole on the culvert in the grass verge overflows and floods my garden, path and drive to various depths depending on ground levels, this is also flooding my neighbours properties on both sides and needs dealing with quickly. This is the same issue that was recorded by Mrs Hommell of Spring Farm back in January but as I said , it is becoming progressively worse and needs action.
