Toronto Street covered in water and rising!

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 495198.

Can you please investigate this urgently, the drains seem to be blocked and the road is flooding more and more due to the current heavy rain. There is likely to be a risk to life and property if the water continues to rise. Thank you.
