Subsidence and slope on road causing damage to vehicles

We visited the lovely caravan park at Easter weekend and found the road leading up to the entrance was absolutely disgusting, the road has subsided that much our caravan jockey wheel bottomed out cause damage to the wheel, I have since put the damage right but am disgusted this road has not been dealt with, we have been going to this park for 4 years and it is getting worse, the road, everytime we visit. I will also be putting in a letter of complaint to the local MP as this should have been rectified years ago.
