I have been trying to get Virgin Media to fix this problem for months. I believe it to be a trip hazard and the building it is attached to belongs to us but we do not have a telephone service at that address. We need to do work on this wall and need the cable removed however I have been told by Virgin that they would fix it but have failed to do so.
