Pothole on road/cycleway problem

Driving from Skegness to Alford and went over a huge Pot Hole in the road right outside the church. It was raining and dark with minimal lighting from street lights but the road is so full of pot holes that are really deep. My tyre instantly flattened and was not driveable. I had my daughter in the car and was stranded there until the morning when I could get someone out to change the tyre.Pot hole that burst the tyre, New tyre and call out fee to my location.
