Road/path/cycleway flooding alongside priory Ruskin back pth

This water is not draining away and is now blocking residents from walking down it. Would it be possible to slope the edges so the water runs away please? This issue has been ongoing since October 2023 and is only present for half of the path because water runs off the rail track and down the slope onto it. It either needs drainage or sloping edges - thanks
