Arrived on site and met the client who reported 2 blocked surface water gullys. We attempted to unblock them but with no success. The gully was broken into to allow access into the drain line. The jetting machine was set up, and high-pressure water jetted down approximately 9 meters, but I got the jet stuck but couldn't get any further. The jet was removed from the line. I believe that the drain has collapsed and requires repair. The highways road gully is blocked and causing surface water from the road to go on the pavement and flood the area outside the shop. As the blockage couldn't be cleared, we probed the location 1 ft from the road gully. We packed away all equipment and left site clean and tidy.
