Pond water release outlet blocked
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 496100.
The outlet for the village pond appears to be blocked which is causing the pond to overflow across the road and compromises the access to two properties - numbers 26 and 17 Hale Road, Helpringham. These properties belong to people with mobility issues so a prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated.
This will be a reoccurring problems whilst we continue to have high rainfall.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Could this please be dealt with as a matter of urgency as one of the householder is unable to get their mobility scooter out due to the standing water that has resulted from the blocked drain.
