On the bend of Greetwell Hollow

Reported via mobile in the Bridge or Structure category anonymously at 21:32, Mon 26 February 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 496252.

The wall on the inner corner of the bend has been collapsing over time, a large coping stone on the top of the wall is now at a very precarious, gravity defying angle and looks ready to fall into the road, on the blind bend at any point which would result in a very nasty accident. This bend is not capable of dealing with the arctic lorries that now use it coming off the bypass, it is pretty constantly flooded from the quarry and despite promises from the council to get the wall and flood water dealt with, nothing ever gets permanently sorted.
