On the footpath outside my property

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 496309.

Everytime it rains the footpath outside my property becomes flooded, making it Impossiable to leave my house with out standing in a foot of water at times, my children have to walk through this on the way to school, and myself to work as we have no other access
