  • I was travelling up north on Friday 16th and hit the attached pothole(Photo Attached). Its safe to say that it was a big thud and then spent over an hour changing the tyre to have to drive it back to Bourne, have it replaced (Invoice Attached) It isn't just the Tyre, my windscreen received a severe crack in it - (Photo Attached) - The crack in the windscreen has now become worse and caused my car to become undrivable. Which isn't ideal when i have to travel with work. I have a Quotation for the Windscreen which i am happy to send (Over £300) but given the size of the pot hole, the area, and at the time, no clear indication of the area i think a refund for the tyre and payment for the screen should suffice.

I expect some compensation for the time spent doing this ordeal, as well as the loss of payments due because of it. With a cost of living crisis, this isnt helpful at all
