This report was said to be actioned nearly 1 month ago. Since then the problem has got worse and there has been several near misses as some potholes are on a blind corner and vehicles has to avoid them by potentially going into ongoing traffic. The level of traffic using this roadway has vastly increased because of all the extra housing being built in Sudbrooke and Nettleham.

As has sadly become typical, Highways Department has done absolutely nothing about this major problem. As someone who has worked for Local Authorities for 50 years, pleading poverty and lack of budget is not acceptable. Local Authorities are duty bound to deal with critical Health and Safety issues like this exceedingly poor area of public road. If a councillor lived locally, it would be done in a flash. If this isn't dealt with by the end of May, a Counci;;or's complaint will be forthcoming and Highways will Not be able to hide behind the skirts of their Mum'S !!

Hi, please can LCC provide an update of what work is scheduled at this junction because the situation is really bad. To avoid this undriveable section of road you need to be in the middle of the carriageway on a blind corner, obviously this is also dangerous too. There are some yellow paint markings around the holes so does that indicate work will be taken to fix them soon? An update from LCC would be helpful.
