The pot holes are either side of a larger repair that was done last year. They were very small then so not included in that repair but over time have got much larger mainly due to the increased volume of vehicles using the lane and entrance to the flats on a daily basis. There are a lot more vans plus some properties have more than one vehicle there increased traffic.
