Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 496990.

Since road (Stukeley Hall drive) has been resurfaced, water is draining into adjacent property (number 7 Spalding road) for first time in 54 years. This resulted in a lot of stress. Other properties down this road also flooded.
