Damaged/missing paving slab problem

The Claimant was walking through Strait Bargate in Boston, coming from the market place towards Wide Bargate. As she
passed Café Nero on her left, she felt her foot wobble on a paving slab and it got stuck between two paving slabs. She fell
forwards and put her hands out to catch her fall. She banged her left knee and landed heavily on her right hand, fracturing
her wrist. A witness had been sat outside Café Nero. She called an ambulance, but they refused to come out. The
Claimant her husband and he took her to the hospital.
