Broken and missing drain/gulley covers which could cause damage to vehicles or tyres when they turn around on the junction

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue. In this case the defect is not within the adopted highway. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry here . Thank you for reporting this matter.

I believe that junction was put in place when Holdingham bio Gas plant was built and the council then adopted junction, so surely it is the council’s responsibility
