Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 498582.

The B6403 approaching the A1 floods across the whole of the road after heavy rain how long will it take to fix this problem? maybe after a fatal accident? I myself just avoided an accident yesterday when a car coming off the A1 into the village on the wrong side of the road to avoid the flood nearly hit my car.
