Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 498599.
There is two gulley's on the corner on the river side. Customer would like to know if there is a pipe to help with the water get away, during heavy weather the area struggles with the water.
They would like to know if there is a pipe and where does it run too and if there is could they organise getting it cleaned out so it works better.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

I have still not had a response for the questions asked . I have requested many times to speak to an officer to find which direction the gully drains run . Reason . Can we get a better flow of water when the Steeping Rivers overtops to prevent Wainfleet Flooding
