Lit sign opposite no.45, outaide the car garage

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 498820.

It isn't flickering, none of the options suited, but the lamp has recently been replaced, it was an orange light before, now it is a bright white light and it is angled in such a way that it shines into my house and is a constant annoyance even through the blinds. I've tries to get used to it but it's too much light. Can it be dimmed or swapped back for an orange light? Or be anlged up and away from the houses slightly? Thank you.
