Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 499928.
The nine inch underground plastic pipe that connects the ditch to the chamber by the road side appears to be blocked. District council do not believe it is their responsibility, nor does the land owner. Please can you arrange for a jetting team to clear this. Many thanks.
