This is an ongoing problem which despite advisement is still not fixed & is getting worse. Standing water covering more than half of the roadway & paths. This has , despite promises, not been fixed in any way& the work needs escalating as it’s urgent. It stops people safely walking on the path, they have to go into the road, very unsafe with children & you can’t slight from your car without wetting your feet up to ankles! This is occurring on the junction/corner of Frank street & Cranwell St, Lincoln
