Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 16 hours, 42 minutes later. Council ref: 2800163.
3:55pm 20th March unknown vehicle left the road, hit & damaged x6 bollards and kept driving. Luckily did not hit another vehicle. This bend of A46 would definitely benefit from a barrier rather than bollards
