Yet again water is flowing out of the drain grill outside the above property even though we have had no rain for a couple of days! This water congregates in a large puddle for thirty or so feet as it is the lowest part of the road, the next drain being higher than the last. After a while it crosses the road and lays alongside the verges of the houses opposite. This problem has been reported many , many times since 2007 and it is about time it is sorted.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
