Ref -497034 blocked drainage issue You contacted me on the 19th March, to advise that the work to unblock the drain outside the building which I live in Canwick Villa, had been successfully completed. I can confirm that this work hasn’t been done, the drain is still complete blocked, see photos. Many thanks Debbie Northage
