Junction of B1241 Kexby Lane and Upton Road at Knaith Park

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2800879.

Mud on both roads and extending approx 1/4 mile from Knaith Park towards Kexby. Considerable quantity of mud/ manure. Disgusting mess which would be dangerous when wet. Clearly as a result of traffic in and out of fields adjacent to roads mentioned.
