Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2801217.

Standing water, large amount. Causing water to disperse after vehicle has past through it and over rail/barrier onto footpath covering an un- beknown pedestrian walking past. Not sure if there is a dip in road or kerbing or drain blockage.
