Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2801382.

Construction trucks have been parking on this pavement and left mud on it whilst also destroying the grass verges. There is also an accumulation of dead vegitation which has reduced the available pavement width to between 300 - 400mm.
