Station Street Rippingale

Reported via mobile in the Damaged dyke, ditch or culvert category by Chris Charlton Chairman Rippingale Parish Council at 21:29, Friday 5 April 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2802288.

There are a number of drains in Station Street which are blocked when there is heavy rain as seen in the phots causing large pools of water on the highway. This has been occurring for a number of years and it is clear the culvert under Station Street needs clearing of silt etc. This has been reported before but LCC have abrogated responsibility to Anglian Water. However AW maintain this a rainwater culvert which LCC maintains not a foulwater drain. Cllr Martin Hill LCC maintains that Rippingale Parish Council reports this to you for rectification please.
