Chapel Lane Left Hand Side at top of my drive is the first but multiple on LHS are Blocked

Multiple drains on Chapel Lane and Church road are blocked including the two at the top of my drive which are not even shown on the map. All Drains on the LHS of the road are blocked and when it rains the water runs off the road and down my drive which then blocks the drains on my property. This has been on going for over 1 year and I did report it but nothings has been carried out so i am reporting again. I would like that the drains are cleared and that the two missing from the map are put on the map such that i can report properly. Strangely we seem to get road sweepers regularly (in fact one this morning) but never do they unblock the drains. Thank you in advance.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Yes the workmen are here and i have spoken to them. Very pleasant the are too. Unfortunately you still have not listened to me. The map now attached shows two drains not on your system that are blocked at the top of my drive. As they are not there they have not been put on the guys work sheet and as you track them they cannot come and sort out teh issue. Can you please update the plan and get some people out to fix the issue. I would suggest that you have a survey and update to location of manholes and drains in Aubourn. The ones down Church Road have been cleared.
