Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2803821.
Blocked drain pipe from the road. Tried to clean it as often get blocked by straw. Cannot unblock this time. The other end of pipe into dyke is dry. Road gets badly flooded during downpour, risk to public as road gets flooded
