Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2803883.

Highway width restricted due to overgrown and overhanging trees and bushes on Claxy Bank from the junction of Lade Bank to Wrangle Bank. Trees and bushes require cutting back as they will cause damage to paintwork of vehicles.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users. We can, however, continue to monitor the site during our routine inspections and will review the situation. Thank you for reporting this matter.
