Blocked drain so bad that when a vehicle goes through it splashes over path and could soak a pedestrian if not paying attention to approaching vehicle. Been like it for 4 weeks

Progress! We’ve completed our investigation and works are now planned. Once we know when work is due to take place we will let you know.

Why have we closed this report? We cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.
