A158 West Street Junction
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2804227.
Yellow Box Markings are worn out and need repainting. Eastbound traffic on the A158 repeatedly stops across the junction due to entering the box when the exit is blocked. Causes gridlock and road rage! If not corrected it will be the cause of an accident or incident!

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

The yellow box markings have still not been repainted to date, thereby causing problems for motorists exiting West Street due to inconsiderate motorist on A158 blocking the junction. The present yellow markings are barely visible.
