Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2804707.

Caller states no board was put in place after works concluded yesterday to drive over and this has meant when caller driven over the pavement being worked on the edging strips still had unset concrete with no boarding. Contractors apologised to him earlier and said there manager would call him but he has received no contact.
