Rain water doesn’t drain away due to dips in the road causing huge amount of standing water which is then driven through and soaks pedestrians waiting at the crossing

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

This is completely unacceptable. I have a video showing the vast amount of water that pools and then is driven through by cars which drenches pedestrians. Please provide an address to upload the video
