Subject: Request for Assistance with Bus Shelter at Mill Lane
I am reaching out to kindly request attention to several concerns regarding the bus shelter located at Mill Lane. Unfortunately, the shelter currently lacks bus timetables, which are essential for residents relying on public transport. Additionally, the shelter could benefit from a thorough cleaning and it appears that the frame may need some attention due to wear or damage.
I have also observed that the shelter's location on the Fix My Street map does not accurately reflect its actual position, potentially affecting maintenance responses.
Would it be possible to update the shelter with the latest bus timetables, arrange for a cleaning and inspect the frame for any necessary repairs? Correcting the map location would also be greatly appreciated to ensure the shelter receives proper care in the future.
Thank you very much for your attention to these matters. I look forward to seeing the improvements and appreciate all efforts to maintain our community facilities.
Best regards,
Ashlie Smith Parish Councillor for Fleet
