Pothole on road/cycleway problem

Driving northeast towards the A1 on Crabtree road, past the junction with Skillington road and drove over what appeared to be a puddle in the dark, but was in fact a deep pothole. Heard a very loud bang, and then car started pulling to the left while tyre pressure alerts displayed on dashboard. Pulled over near a gate to a field and inspected the damage. Front passenger side tyre was flat and had a hole in it.
