Cox's Drove, between Crowtree Farm and Grange Farm Cottages
Reported via desktop in the Other road surface issue category by Les Browning at 19:30, Tuesday 7 May 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2805744.
Complete length of Cox's Drove, especially the middle section, is uneven, cracked, subsided and basically now dangerous due to the condition of the road. The repairs carried out have made the road unevan and driving down it becomes somewhat of a slalom event. First reported in 2019 but, even with the repairs that have been carried out, no improvement.

Holes and cracks are still appearing on Cox's Drove. The photo does not show just how deep the hole is. We are now concerned this will turn into a sink hole as severeal smaller ones have come to light. Please review the 25/26 planned re surfacing. This road is becoming very dangerous due to it's poor condition

The holes that have appeared in Cox's Drove are very deep and the concern now is that the road will collapse. The piece of wood placed into the hole did not reach the bottom as the crack/subsidence seems to go down at another angle. further into it.
