Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2806527.
See report on FIXMYSTREET 493323.
There is a pipe under the road taking the water, this is a culvert. It is visible if you move the soil which has fell in, and is certainly there. This water comes off all the toft fields on that side of the road, up to the A52, from the dyke on the South side of the road to the dyke on the North side of the road. Your repair has disintegrated into the dyke and is substantially blocking the pipe. This means that the dyke will not flow and flooding is likely to occur. The residents of The White House will be concerned about this. The pipe goes under your road, the blockage was caused by your team. It therefore appears to be your responsibility to remove the blockage and jet the pipe to clear the mud which has been washed in. The repair to the verge should ensure this does not happen again. You can also see from the photo that once again there is no verge there again which is dangerous. See 2801134

This is a long outstanding matter. The dyke is now filling with water putting more water into the drains further down Fold Hill. Houses on the north side of Fold Hill have been flooded and pumped out twice in the last 20 years owing to the culvert at this point being overwhelmed. Could you please clear the collapsed culvert as an urgency.
