A cone is covering an open drain on Nightingale Crescent, outside number 31. The cone is upright and protruding about a foot into the road. Underneath the cone you can see that the drain hole cover is missing and another cone has been pushed upside down into the open drain. This is a hazard to road users and pedestrians, as well as preventing the drain from adequately allowing water through. This has been present for about 3 weeks, since mid-April.
