Standing water after rain is splashing on to my house. I have reported this several times. It is causing damp issues and presents a hazard to pedestrians. I have been told it will be fixed. Nothing has happened. A new drain needs to be installed. I am giving you one last opportunity to remedy this problem otherwise a letter before action will follow and court proceedings. Edward Conway

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
